The city of Bekasi is experiencing rapid development so the demand for water increasing. To increase service coverage and meet drinking needs people City with a quality that meets Minister Health Regulation No. 492 2010, it planned to up rate capacity Teluk Buyung 4 WTP has 300 L/second raw source, namely West Tarum Secondary Channel. use design criteria from Equivalent evaluation, 3 literature studies. uses processing units, intake unit, hydraulic coagulation, flocculation, plate settler sedimentation, sand filtration, disinfection, reservoir. data used in planning process divided into two, primary secondary data. unit several components, barscreen, sluice gate, carrier channel, collecting well. pre-sedimentation consists 2 tanks channeled collection well then pumped WTP. coagulation plunge 1 tub. coagulant was PAC at dose 25 mg/L. flocculation down flow tubs. sedimentation tanks. filtration filter dual media, anthracite media 7 Disinfection NaOCl 41.67 reservoir tub ground type.
